I am 80 years old and needed a new snowblower. I went to Kalamazoo Lawn and Garden knowing exactly what Toro model I wanted to purchase. Dave Thompson listened to everything I had to say and my reasoning. He asked me specific questions about my driveway and how I normally go about clearing my drive. He shared some of the newer features on different models that might help me. Dave was not pushy and gave me the space to make my own decision. 5/2021 Tuned up my Cub Cadet LXT1042 and it has never run better. I would recommend them to anyone. The cost was reasonable, and the service was amazing.
Every time I go to this place of business, I am treated excellently, they really understand customer service and truly care about you and your concerns. I have not been to many businesses now a days that will take the time to make sure you get the equipment that works the best for you like this place does, which I believe is a dyeing thing in this world. I would highly recommend that you give this place a try, I think you will be impressed.
Went in for a backpack blower. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped get me into the right blower for my application quickly and pain free. Highly recommend this store!
If you own a Simplicity mower this is the spot. I used their pick up maintenance service to get my used, but new to me Broadmoor serviced. They were very kind and helpful. It was convenient to not have to haul my mower to a shop. Next time I’ll try to get the early bird pricing. Owning a fancy mower can get expensive if you’re not a DIY’er and have a challenging yard.

Great selection and awesome service. They shop local Kalamazoo businesses and really put old fashioned customer service where it belongs. All new equipment comes with a full tank of gas, testing and they go over in detail what they sell.

First, after getting to know the owner, sales team and mechanics, it was clear this would be a good company to do business with. They took the time to educate me so I could run the equipment safely. When taking (the equipment) in for service, they always treat me like a person, not a number. Then they took it a step further. They are very good at explaining what I could do to maintain the equipment properly.
Service has always been reasonably fast. When ordering parts, it has also been a very pleasant experience. I own several types of equipment they sell such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and chainsaws.

Great place to do business, very helpful and patient with me doing my research of what type of leaf blower I was going to buy and ended up with the Echo PB8010 which is an absolute monster and saves me a lot of time on my leaves. Their mechanic was very helpful in showing me how the product worked their sales staff aren’t pushy but more or less very helpful. Recommend them and their products to anyone in the market.

Great experience! I was properly greeted when I walked in the door and was asked if I needed any assistance. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Once we were able to pinpoint what mower would work best for my needs, he took the extra time to price out several options for me. They were also able to work with my schedule for a delivery date. At the time of delivery, the mower’s operation and maintenance were thoroughly explained and all questions were answered.

Great company, any time there were any issues it was handled better than expected, even when It wasn’t their fault (equipment defect). If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I own a wedding venue in Fulton Michigan, The Meadows at Leslie Family Farm, and needed to get some work done on my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. I don’t have a truck, so I was forced to do the work myself. Ryan and Joe both spent time with me ordering the parts I needed and also talked me through some trouble shooting that allowed me to narrow down what was wrong. Super great service and they now have a customer for life. I appreciate the help boys. Looking forward to picking up my parts and getting that lawn mowed.
It’s been about 10 months since they repaired my snow blower. Ran great all winter. Ran it today real quick because winter will be here soon. Still runs great. It is an old worn out MTD. it’s cleared many tons of snow over the years up north near Tippy Dam. Worn belts, worn skids, melted belt cover and dirty carborator. They fixed it all!

I took my old mower in for a belt, and they were able to keep it running for another year. Long as I don’t try to service it myself. I don’t do well at that. Great set of people. They know exactly what they’re doing.
Said the repair schedule was out 3 weeks. Worked it in and fix was done in 1 week and cost what was quoted! These guys are pros. Timely and courteous service on almost any equipment. My go-to place for tough repairs.

We purchased a used Lawn Mower from someone, who originally bought it from Kalamazoo Lawn & Garden. We needed parts for the Lawn Mower, not only did the staff show us how the parts went on, but we were also able to purchase the correct parts for our mower. I’m 79 years old and needed my riding mower repaired as quickly as possible. When I called on the phone they told me it would be two weeks before they could get to it. When I dropped the mower off, I explained that I had a half-acre of yard to mow with a walk behind mower and it was hard because of my age and if could get it done in less than two weeks, I would really appreciate it. They really came through for me I got mower back in less than a week. And to top it off their prices were very reasonable. Great people to do business with.
